Sumo Balls

The goal of the game is simple.  Push other balls from the arena before they can push yours. It should also work on Macs and Linux but it wasn't tested on these platforms. Feel free to report any bugs or to write any suggestions regarding the game.  

This is my first independent game released to the public. Depending on its reception and popularity more content will be added.

Controls

• Keyboard & Mouse
• Gamepad

You select the direction of the ball by rotating the camera and then using corresponding keys you push the ball or pull it towards you.

Additional options

Bar showing ball speed as well as option to enable fast stage load can be turned off/on in options menu.

Detailed information

Currently game consists of 11 stages which can be categorized to 3 different types:

• normal
• survival
• boss

They can be easily identified in the selection menu - normal stage has red enemies, survival orange and boss is a big red enemy.

The shadows on the icons indicate variation of the stage with falling balls from the sky. Coming into contact with them will squish player and enemies alike.

While playing a yellow pyramids will randomly spawn. Upon contact with a player they will grant a temporary boost to the player push force. It is indicated by the yellow ring around the player.

Currently enemies in game are categorized in 3 different difficulties, represented by the belt around the enemy. From the easiest to hardest they are:  white->yellow->black

Difficulty affects enemies speed, and they accuracy in aiming at the player. However enemies with white belt can be as fast as ones with black their aim is much worse and therefore are more likely to fall of a stage.
